At Royal Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fan doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the fan in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
